Moroccan juxtaposition.

Tangier, Morocco

Getting ready to write up a guest post for Amanda at Marocmama.com.  Going through my photos of Tangier, I came across a few pics of one of my most guffaw-inducing moments.

Rachid snuck up behind me and caught me in the act of being juvenile.  Dario is amused.

I cannot figure out if I am Beavis or if I am Butthead.

"And lo did she discover the goodly signs and laugh at them!  Yay, did the milk issue forth from her nostrils, for she was like unto a 12 year old, to whom all things good and decent contain nothing but the seeds of innuendo!"

I have not yet been to Phuket, Thailand, but I can only imagine the milk creating capacity of my schnoz in such a place.

I can’t wait for the milk/schnozz reaction when you find out the continent on which you grew up was “discovered” by Cristobel Colon–the Spanish name for Christopher Columbus! (But then, maybe that’s why you now live in Ireland!)

    1. Like I said, “colon” on its own is funny, but “colon” + “douche” = comedy gold! ;)

I think it is okay to be a little immature. Nothing wrong with that!

    1. I’m glad you like it, for there is at least one more coming! Mwuahahahaa! ;)

  3. Wow what a name…Hotel Colon that is funny!

    1. Thanks, Kirk. And while I agree that the name alone is amusing, it’s really the fact that it’s next to a giant sign reading “DOUCHE” that hits it out of the park for me. ;)

  4. Haha, wait till you go to Colon, Panama!

    1. You know, Roy, that’s giving me an idea for a fun post. I should start polling people to see what some of the most HI-larious names of towns around the world are. :D

  5. I’m so glad I wasn’t having a drink when I saw this! Thanks for the (rather loud) laugh! :)

    1. HAHAHA! Omg, I just looked at your baguettes pic. Tears coming out of my eyes now. Dario and I are both laughing. AWESOME!
